We loved our experience at Rezos today. Dalia was amazing with my daughter. She gave me some great tips on how to make her style last longer. She showed us how to style it away from her face. She trimmed it just a tiny bit as we didn’t want to lose any length but she still needed a trim so it can stay nice and healthy. Thank you.

This was my first time using this salon. I was looking for a place for my daughters curly hair. The experience was excellent. Dalia was amazing with my daughter. She did an amazing job and my daughters hair looks amazing. She educated me on some things I could do to maintain my daughters hair healthy. Amazing place and amazing experience.

Ellie was amazing! This was my first time ever getting a curly cut. Upon entering, I was greeted very nicely by the front desk. They asked me if I wanted anything to drink. One of Ellie’s assistance came and brought me downstairs ( forgot her name she has super curly hair) her attitude and energy just let me know that I was going to experience something I never had. And I surely did. Ellie was so personal-able and it’s like I knew her forever even though I met her that day. She did come highly recommended from a friend that goes to her. We laugh and talked life. She’s a master at multitasking as she had me and 2 other clients. At no moment did I feel like I was not seen or attended to. The cut experience is something else. It’s like seeing an artist paint live. TRUST THE PROCESS. Dalia was amazing as well she washed my hair and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. While washing my hair she was explaining everything that was being used how it was being used and why. Got a good curl education lesson. I love that they lay the chairs flat while they diffuse your hair. I think I napped and all. And the fact you’re not looking at your hair while everything is being done is so much fun. Once Dalia finished drying my hair, Ellie came back and cut some finishing touches. The reveal was amazing I cried (Good tears) most definitely coming back. Worth every dollar!

I had Monica and Milagros as stylists doing my hair. Both of them were great and very friendly. Monica was good with discussing a style for my hair and cutting into a shape I liked. She recommended I get the BB treatment and really enjoyed it. The treatment brought shine and deep moisture to my hair. Monica also understood my desire for definition over volume so she recommended I stay under the hairdryer longer than diffusing to define my curl and retain length. Finally, Monica was really knowledgeable about braids and protective styles as well. I am someone who goes between my natural curls and braided styles so I appreciated having a stylist who could speak to both. Milagros was also really great. She was very knowledgeable on the products used at the salon. We discussed how to use them, which products would be best for me, and a created a routine that I should keep up with at home. Overall, I was satisfied with my haircut. My only con is they went a little overboard with the mousse as it left a white residue on top of my hair. I likely will continue using my home products and invest in the defining gel used at the salon. Aesthetics: The salon is clean and well lit. All of the staff were very friendly. They offered to hang my coat and gave refreshments. TLDR: Overall experience 8/10

This was my first time getting a curly cut and using someone other than “my girl” for 23 years so I was fairly nervous but the receptionist helped me to feel comfortable and paired me with Becca who did an excellent job on my hair. I have 2a/b/c hair and have been trying to embrace my waves and curls, doing all sorts of self education using instagram and YouTube videos but Becca did a much better job teaching me how to enhance my curls. I’ve never seen it this curly and they are soft, touchable and bouncy; not at all crunchy. I’m very pleased with my experience.

I booked an appointment for my teenage daughter with Senior Stylist Mia. Mia is extremely welcoming and friendly. She was patient with us as this was our first experience at this salon along with getting a curly cut. She was able to share tips and talk us through hair care. She did not push products on me and she also listened and responded positively to how I already care for my daughter's hair. My daughter absolutely loves the outcome of her hair and Mia was able to bring that out of her. The salon is well maintained. Very clean and the atmosphere is nice. It does not smell like your typical salon. There is no lingering smell of blow dryers and chemicals. The entire staff team are pleasant.
